Haelan's chances of survival are growing slim. The Unicorn's curse afflicting his body prevents him from hunting for food, and every day that he remains lost in this unfamiliar wood, the weaker he becomes. Exhausted, he stops to rest and reflect on the circumstances that brought him there, and remembers his home to the east.
